Faux Resonator?

I had never seen one of these before - a false resonator guitar. As you  might guess, this was an inexpensive way to copy the "real" resonators  popular in the earlier half of the 20th century. Time had taken its toll in  the form of some cracks and a neck that was pulling away from the body making a neck reset a necessity. It's back home now and I've been told it's playing well - another family heirloom keeps singing!
