Scrapbook Furniture

Scrapbook furniture, like a scrapbook, incorporates something of your life into it. This might be the marble base from a son’s or daughter's soccer career inset into a coffee table. It might be an end table made from a door in your first home. These are custom made pieces, for you, with a piece of your history built into it.

I’ve created bookcases made from children’s bunk beds.  A table that used to sit a dozen has now become wooden crosses for over a dozen grandchildren and a book case for an aunt. 

If the idea interests you please contact me.  This is a very individualized concept and will take some interaction to explore possibilities.  The photo shows some crosses made from a family table.  The table was no longer serving as the family table, so part of it became crosses to remind 20 grandchildren of their grandmother.  A book case is also in the making from the same table.
